What does Keynvor make?
We hand-pour pure soy wax candles with a luxury aesthetic, alongside travel tins, gift boxes, artisan and salt soaps, safety matches, greeting cards, and soy wax refills for our 200g amber jars. Our collection is designed as companions for ritual and everyday pause.
What wax and fragrance do you use?
We use pure soy wax from trusted suppliers and phthalate-free, ethically made fragrances. Every candle is formulated for a clean burn, even melt pool, and a strong, refined scent throw — without shortcuts.
How long do the candles burn?
Our candles are crafted for a burn time of up to around 40 hours, depending on the vessel and how you care for the flame. Following the care guidance below helps you get the most from every pour.
What fragrances do you offer?
We currently offer 12+ fragrances across woody, smoky, musky, coffee, floral, fresh families. Favourites include Sanctum (smoke, incense, scorched rose), Passenger (leather, spices, amber), Waterside (Cornish coast — seaweed, ozone, driftwood), Judaean, Seafarer, Treehouse, and Kavalier. Each scent carries its own story.
Are your products plastic-free?
Yes. Packaging is 100% plastic-free and made with recycled materials wherever possible. Sustainability is woven into how we work — though we know most people come for the quality of the scent and the craft first.
Do you offer refills?
Yes. We make soy wax refills for our 200g amber jars so you can keep the vessel you love and return to the ritual again and again.
How should I burn my candle for the first time?
On the first light, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This sets the “memory” of the melt pool and helps prevent tunnelling on later burns. Stay nearby, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How long should I burn a candle in one sitting?
Aim for 2–3 hours per burn. Extinguish before the wax gets too low near the base, and always leave a small amount of wax in the jar. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each lighting for a steady, clean flame.
How do I care for the wick?
Trim the wick to roughly 5mm before every burn. If you notice mushrooming or soot, extinguish safely, let the candle cool, trim, and relight. A well-tended wick means a cleaner burn and better scent throw.
Is soy wax safe and clean-burning?
Pure soy wax is a plant-based choice that burns cleanly when cared for properly. Pair it with our phthalate-free fragrances and good wick hygiene, and you’ll enjoy a calm, even flame with minimal residue.
How should I store unused candles?
Keep candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong heat. This protects the fragrance and the finish of the wax so they’re ready when you next want to light them.
Where do you ship?

How are small orders sent?
Direct-to-consumer orders are typically sent with Royal Mail. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way from the studio.
How long until my order ships?
We ain to ship our order the next day for the same day of you order before 1pm. We aim to despatch as promptly as craft allows — if you need something for a specific date, get in touch and we’ll do our best.
What if something arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if that happens. Please email hello@keynvor.mom with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with care and without fuss.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been poured or despatched yet, we can often help. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@keynvor.mom and we’ll check what’s possible.
